Sentira offers luxury-inspired fragrances crafted with premium oils. We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. Minor variations in packaging or batch may occur. Inspired-by references describe the character of a scent and do not imply affiliation with any third-party brand.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are subject to their specific terms and availability.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. Delays caused by incorrect information are not our liability.
• Order confirmation may be sent by email and our team may contact you by phone to verify delivery details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver nationwide within Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
• Free delivery applies to orders above ₨ 3,000 unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times vary by city and are not guaranteed, though we aim to dispatch orders promptly.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery to the address provided.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product seal is unbroken and unused
• The item is in its original condition and packaging
• You contact us within the eligible period via our Contact page

Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our exchange policy communicated at the time of approval.

6. Coupons & Promotions

Promotional codes, including welcome coupons, are limited to one use per customer or IP address unless otherwise specified. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time and to refuse orders that misuse promotional offers.
